En marge de l’inauguration des assises nationales du Tourisme au Centre de conférence international ce jeudi 10 décembre qu’elle a présidée, Manorohanta Cécile, Vice Premier ministre du gouvernement sortant de Monja Roindefo, a fait comprendre que l’Administration fonctionne malgré les soubresauts de la politique. Quoi qu’il arrive, a-t-on compris, l’organisation d’élections remettra le pays dans l’ordre constitutionnel dans les plus brefs délais ; et tout le monde doit s’atteler dans ce sens. Elle a en tout cas indiqué que le gouvernement sortant attend depuis maintenant plus d’un mois la mise sur pied du gouvernement d’Eugène Mangalaza.
Cependant d’autres sensibilités soulèvent qu’il ne suffit pas de rejeter la responsabilité sur les trois mouvances et que l’immobilisme peut aussi être imputé à Andry Rajoelina. Une majorité des postes ministériels ne posait aucun problème entre les mouvances si l’on a bien compris. Et puis, pourquoi les institutions attribuées à la mouvance Andry Rajoelina n’ont-elles pas encore de président ? À qui profite la situation quand on sait que les appels d’offre relatifs aux cartes biométriques sont déjà lancés et que malgré le coût du marché l’appel d’offre est restreint ?

– First Ma’am : I know for fact that something is not right, even the head of the most twisted mind knows that political and socio-economical tension is getting worse and worse in Madagascar, and your administration is not functioning. Let me ask you, when was the last time you visited an administrative building in Toliara ? I bet you have no idea what is happening here now.

The problem is we do not hold the same definition of “fair” and “just” , especially after the twisted definition of “neutral” , “consensus” , “co-president” , “democracy” , “freedom of speech” , “40% of PPN price” , “13% of JIRAMA bills” , “Monopole” , …

– Just a reminder though, there is no more obvious sign of mental problem than repeating the same motion and expecting different result (cite whoever you want here). Well, unless, you think that problems will solve by itself at some point, which is a philosophy that I do not put myself into.
cécily a nommé son époux général, en lieu et place d’autres meilleurs candidats, donc tout va bien. sa clique reste encore dans les parages du pouvoir, avec « des principes » très appuyé par la france, donc tout va très très bien. elle arrive à demettre certains rois, où est le problème. sa veste a beaucoup plus de facettes qu’on ne le pense.
quand on me parle d’équilibre de genre à mada, je ne m’empêche pas de rigoler, car les rares femmes qui y sont familières sont : cécily, ramadaleine, lalao société civile, christine la magistrate, et le bon dieu créa la femme...

Did you really read what I wrote ? I have no problem with her as person, I was very respectful ( I called her Madam). I do not argue the fact that they are the de facto governement, I only pointed out the opinion diferences and/or similarities between us.
– explain to me, where in the world do you have a govenement without the head of the governement (priminister) ? And how is that effective at all the different level ( I mentioned Toliary) ?
– what do you think is going to happen after she leads us into election, assuming that there will be a new president ? (doing the same thing, repeating the same mistake that she did while serving the former priminister Rabemanajara, and expecting different result ; that is an obvious sign of mental ....)

You are right and we - anyone who express concerns - are all wrong.
– Your statement is contradicting to itself. My critics (as opposed to criticism) to the governement show the level of interest I have in the governement and nowhere it means « ego » or « shelfishness ». Similarly, I do tell my family when there is something wrong I notice at home. Hence, the expression of my concern is the highest practice of what I call « democracy ». As oppose to be violent in the street, loot shops, destroy public property, and claim to be president,... these later I call anti-democracy

Sorry ! as usual, I was posting my comment and go to my business. But I am not late if I take the « vary masiso ».
It seems that all of us seek the best future of our nation but the way seems different, nevertheless consider the hardness that our parents (47) and many others before. To seek a better place is not easy, it costs life. In one and other way never any good guy can not bring serious change but we , Gays in turns, do not need neither bad guys nor tough time to encouter, but easy access to 4th Rep. But of course, we can not really expect that the bad images of all former pdts (they are too known by their personal dilemmas) cannot be expected to bear tangible fruit in this sense.
We are now reaching to the no returning point, so why can it be taken to be positive or even consider it as opportunities in order to push forward. As we ourselves understand that « tsy misy tsy diso... », fa ny mivary lavo anie...« Therefore, though there are no »volavita« in the »vala« , consider the opportunity to be mature and generate the »mena ambonin’ny mena" to be the bed for the 4th Rep.
